Directions and other transportation options:

From the North:   Drive South on Route 9. Pass Route 84 interchange, drive about 4.8 miles... Turn right on Fishkill Road. Drive about 1/4 of a mile... Turn right on Lake Surprise Road. Wend your way up about two miles to the camp.. Camp is clearly marked with a sign and a guard house. Park in the parking lot on right.

From the South: Drive North on Route 9. Pass Route 301, drive about 1.6 more miles.. Turn left on Fishkill Road.  Drive 1/4 of a mile. Turn right on Lake Surprise Road... Wend your way up two miles to the the camp. Camp is clearly marked with a sign and a guard house. Park in the parking lot on right.

Metro-North's Cold Spring station is close to the camp, and there will be two shuttles departing from the station to the camp daily.  Today, Thursday August 26th, the shuttles will depart the train station at 4 and 7 p.m.  We will send out an announcement with the schedule for remaining days.

A local cab company also provides transportation from the train to the camp.  You can call them at 265-TAXI. For a car that holds 3 people, the ride is $18.  If you are traveling with a larger party, a van that holds 14 people can be hired for $85.  While on campus, we will be happy to help arrange groups to take a van back to the train. At 14 people per van - the cost per person would be slightly more than $6.00.
